TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
1. The seat part of the seats will have the desired softness and a gravity-centered mechanism that will allow it to close automatically
2. The seats will be ergonomic in shape and appearance, the backrest unit, armrests, seat and foot will be mounted firmly to the seat frame, there will be no shaking or gaps in the connection system.
3. At least Ø16×1.5 mm pipe or at least 15x15x1.5 mm profile material will be used in the metal frames of the seat and backrests.
4. At least three pieces of sheet metal and at least two pieces of profile will be welded between the seat frame frames, in the backrests, and in the seats, to increase the strength of the frame.
5. The armrest frames of the seats will be made of at least 40x20x1.5 mm box profile and will be common between the two seats. A polished solid wood armrest will be mounted on the armrest frame. The armrests will have an ergonomic structure and appearance.
6. At least 40x60x1.5 mm profile will be used on the legs of two-legged seats, a frame knitted with 3 mm sheet metal will be placed on the profile, fabric-covered plywood will be covered on the sides of the frame and a movable writing board made of wood will be mounted on a 2 mm sheet metal fixed to the shaft with a writing table connection joint. The writing board will be able to be hidden inside the arm.
7. The assembly of the seat backs will be made with a boltless tight fit method to the mechanism made of Polyamide (PA) material mounted on the legs.
8. The seat legs will be molded from sheet metal with a thickness of at least 2 mm that can fully touch the ground and will be able to be fixed to the ground with a total of 4 fastening elements, at least two on each leg.
9. The entire armrest bottoms of the seats made in rows will be covered with 4 mm laminated fabric on MDF box.
10. Plastic plugs will be used to prevent the leg connection bolts of the seats tightened to the floor from being visible.
11. In the seat and backrest units of the seats, 50 ± 10% density cast polyurethane sponge will be used, with the frames remaining inside the sponge.
12. The thickness of the thinnest part of the seat and backrest sponges of the seats (both in the seat and the recliner) will not fall below 7 cm and will have a hardness that will not cause permanent deformation. The sponge will be homogeneous and orthopedic throughout the entire surface. The sponges will have MVSS 302 European standard fireproofing.
13. There will be head support in the backrest parts of the seats. The fabric of the headrest part will be sewn and upholstered with a fabric different from the seat fabric.
14. The seat and backrest parts of the seats will be completely upholstered with fabric.
15. The seats will be fixed to the floor with suitable fasteners. There will be no shaking or gaps in the seats.
16. All welding operations of the construction are made with gas welding and will be continuous at the joints. The welded seams of the exposed parts at the joints of the steel frame will be on the inner surfaces.
17. Burrs and roughnesses that will occur due to welding on the steel frame of the seat will be ground.
18. Metal parts of the seats will be painted with electrostatic powder paint.
